Talking about the failure of SMEs is not only uncomfortable, but also painful, embarrassing and difficult to address, as it involves listing a long series of economic and social repercussions at the time of the deal. The reasons for the closure of a negotiation are diverse, complex and to a certain extent understandable, however, directors have a great responsibility in their hands.

The reality is that their owners are the ones who create, develop and end their own businesses; they are part of the failure of SMEs.

The decisions of the directors are based, to a greater or lesser extent, on the factors that intervene in this, such as knowledge, experience and in many cases the intuition they have about the messages sent by the industry, consumption patterns and other environmental patterns that surround the environment of their company.
