VC-X Solutions: challenges and results in press relations and inbound marketing

Between February and August 2022, Vocali carried out special work focusing on press relations and Inbound Marketing for VC-X Solutions , a Santa Catarina-based startup that was created with the aim of simplifying telecom and IT management for companies.
With an innovative approach, the company has won customers throughout Brazil, offering a complete online platform for management, automation and acquisition of telecom and IT, VC-Sonar.
The challenge of press relations
Despite having been in the market for over ten years, VC-X had never worked with press relations. We then began to build this bridge between VC-X and the media.

While the press office helped to give visibility to VC-X Solutions in the mainstream media, the Inbound Marketing work carried out by Vocali contributed to optimizing the ranking of the company's website/blog in Google searches, which generated organic growth with the following results:
66% growth in the number of ranked keywords
133% growth in the number of keywords in the top three search positions.
This was done using blog post content, produced based on the study and use of relevant keywords in VC-X's segment of activity and for the personas defined with the client.
Lead generation
The improved performance in Google searches consequently represented an increase in the number of visitors and page views to VC-X's website/blog. And the strategy of bringing more people to the company's main digital channel to check out content of interest with attractive CTAs helped generate more leads for VC-X's sales team.
