Adding Members to Your Group

With your group named, it's time to populate it with members. On the ribbon menu of the Contact Group window, you will see a button labeled "Add Members." Click on this button. You will be presented with a few options for adding members:

From Outlook Contacts: Choosing this option will open your address book. You can then scroll through your list of contacts and double-click on each person you want to add europe cell phone number list to the group. Alternatively, you can select multiple contacts by holding down the "Ctrl" key while clicking on their names, and then click the "Members ->" button at the bottom.
From Address Book: This option is similar and allows you to choose from your main address book or the Global Address List if you are in a corporate environment.
New E-mail Contact: If you want to add someone to the group who is not yet in your Outlook contacts, you can choose this option. A small window will pop up, allowing you to enter their name and email address. Once you click "OK," they will be added to the group and also to your main contact list.
As you add members, you will see their names appear in the large text box in the center of the Contact Group window.

aving Your Newly Created Group

Once you have added all the desired members to your group, the final step is to save your work. In the top-left corner of the Contact Group window, you will find a "Save & Close" button. Click this button. Your new Contact Group is now saved and ready to use.
