Database Cleanup
Just as it is important to have a good database, it is also essential to monitor and clean it to optimize mailings and not waste resources. In this sense, 62% of participants use a tool to manage unsubscribes, returns and complaints from their campaigns. Likewise, 43% delete inactive subscribers and 37% verify emails.

As for monitoring the quality of emails, 75% confirmed that they sent them first to their personal email, while 74% checked the links and 68% previewed them on their platform.

The study surveyed companies and asked them how they brazil number data could improve their email marketing campaigns. Respondents' main demands were for a better database and more resources (time and staff), with 49% and 43% respectively.

33% believe that there is a need for better specific training in email marketing, 24% call for a more powerful email tool and 24% believe that companies need to show greater interest in campaigns.



Other conclusions of the study
Among the main conclusions of the study, we also highlight the following data:

Openings are the main indicator to measure the success of campaigns (83%), although 5% say they do not have time to look at statistics
67% of respondents say that revenue attributed to email marketing reaches 30% (2% more than in 2022).
86% manage email marketing within the same company: 73% with an external tool and 13% with a custom-made tool.
