This is the archetype of the ideal customer, a person whose characteristics (or needs) match exactly with the product or service offered by a brand. And despite the ideal adjective, its construction is based on an analysis of socio-demographic data and very personal aspects; for example, their concerns, interests, experiences, their own challenges, among others.

The target, often defined as a target audience, a market niche or potential customers, is nothing more than that group of consumers with similar characteristics, desires or needs and that correspond to the product or service offered. It differs from the buyer person because it is more generic, since the former can even have a first and last name.
